Are the banks really giving out business loans at the moment?
I have a small multiregional company. At the moment we are making a rather small turnover but really I was just testing waters with minimal marketing etc. I know now there is a market for my business but want to develop it but we need a start up business loan of approx 35,000. I am putting together a 29page business plan to take to the bank, however I have been told by friends that even though the banks claim they are still lending, apparantly in reality they are not. Is this true? Also I have never had a loan, creditcard, student loan, basically I have no credit as I have never lent before and do not own a property will this affect my chances of securing finance? also I am 18, will this go against me? I am hoping that going in person to the bank they will recognise I am anything but your average 18 year old

Small business loans?
I have a business that i have recently started. It is a cross between an offline business and an online business. I have some money and i have been using my own capital in order to get this going bootstrapping . I have had a neighbor offer me some capital but wants to be a 50 50 partner. The thing is i do not think i should be giving up some equity. Should i attempt getting a small business loan? Any suggestions?i think i will go with the investor as partner or continue to look, i think i agree with the statement that the money wont guarantee any success. thanx.i appreciate all info for the small business loans though, thank you.
How to get a small business loan?
How would one go about getting a small business loan if he or she has poor fair credit? I realize that they would need a cosigner for most financed purchases. I just don't know if business loans work the same way. What are your best tips for obtaining a small business loan?
